HOW CAN WE MAKE THE PAYMENTS?

DO YOU DELIVER ITEMS TO OUR DOORSTEP?
More fortunately, we are able to deliver your orders to your doorstep with our islandwide domestic delivery service. You will receive your purchased items within 5-7 days after you have placed your order by paying the money or else the money can be paid once you receive your product. If some delay occurs with the deliveries you can directly contact us through the Head of deliveries at Dreamtravelo.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN?
We accept returns within 05 business days from item arrival. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first. The customer should make sure that the item can be returned only if it has manufacturing defects hence if you remove the tags from the product the return policy is not applicable with such scenarios.
WHAT ARE THE LIABILITIES ABOUT RENTED ITEMS?
Since our customers have the option of renting out the travelling items from our store, the ownership liability must be taken over them to return those rented items by the due date. When you place a request to rent an item you have two options: either to collect that from our outlet or request to deliver it to your doorstep by the previous day of trip. You can have the use of it throughout your journey and it must be returned by the immediate next day when you finish your journey making sure that no damages have occurred during the journey because we recollect them after doing full inspection on the product. If there is any damage, cost of it plus 10% fine will be recovered from the advance payment placed firsthand.
